He belongs to a friend of mine, but he was lured away from his home by someone who kept feeding him. This person then thought he was homeless (despite being soft, cuddly and rather rotund), so he placed an ad on craigslist and gave Louie away!

The photo does not show that his left eye has a big brown fleck in it…both eyes are jade green. His belly is gray and white with little soft curls.Very fluffy, fur is soft but kind of dry. Loves to have people rub his belly

And loves to eat! The owner last saw him the morning of November 20th, concerned because he had diarrhea from drinking puddle water. 
Sometimes drags his tail when walks. He has a scar on his right paw. He only meows when stressed, the rest of time he squeaks. Throws himself down on ground and rolls in front of people to greet them. He’s very affectionate.

He was last seen at 14th and Court Streets NE.
